Edwin “Ed” Bertarelli is a lifelong resident of Montgomery, Alabama, with an extensive background in Managerial and Financial Services. His expertise spans lending practices, insurance, marketing, human resource management, and auditing. He is also a licensed insurance agent in multiple states.
Ed began his career in 1988 at Union Bank & Trust. He is a 2003 graduate of the Samford University School of Business / Banking School and holds an LTCP designation from America’s Health Insurance Plans and a CLTC designation from the CLTC Board of Standards. Additionally, he is a graduate of Dale Carnegie.
Throughout his corporate career, Ed served in various leadership roles within the community. He was a Loaned Executive with the United Way, served on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes, and chaired numerous events. He also contributed his time to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and served on the Board of Directors for Leadership Community Bankers, a trade association.
In July 2014, Ed became an independent insurance broker, founding Bertarelli Insurance Group. He utilizes his vast experience to consult with clients, ensuring they receive the best insurance products and professional advice available.
