Mr. Edwin (Ed) Bertarelli is a lifelong resident of Montgomery, AL. He has a strong Managerial and Financial Services background including, but not limited to, lending practices, insurance, marketing, human resource management and auditing. He is also a licensed insurance agent in multiple states. As a young man, he began his career in 1988 at Union Bank & Trust. He is a 2003 graduate of the Samford University School Of Business / Banking School and also maintains an LTCP designation from America’s Health Insurance Plans and a CLTC designation from the CLTC Board Of Standards. He is also a Graduate of Dale Carnegie.

Throughout his corporate career, he served in many leadership roles within our community. He served as a Loaned Executive with the United Way, served on the Board of Directors with the March Of Dimes and Chaired many events. He also served with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and on the Board of Directors of Leadership Community Bankers, a trade association..

In July 2014, Mr. Bertarelli became an independent insurance broker (Bertarelli Insurance Group) utilizing his skills to consult with clients to ensure they have the best insurance products and advice available to them.
