As the third largest public housing authority in the state of Alabama, and the largest affordable housing provider in the City of Montgomery, the Montgomery Housing Authority has been a trusted community partner since 1939. We serve more than 4,000 families – 1,200 of those live in our public housing communities and an additional 3,068 have taken advantage of affordable housing options through our Housing Choice Voucher Program.
