Public Notice of FY 2025 Low-Income Public Housing Utility Allowance Schedules

Montgomery Housing Authority (MHA) has completed its annual review of the Low-Income Public Housing Utility Allowances and is providing LIPH residents with 60 days’ notice of the proposed FY 2025 utility allowances, pursuant to regulation 24 CFR 965.502.

The proposed changes are based on our previous studies and have been updated to reflect any modernization and/or changes in utility rates since our last update in 2024.

Residents may submit written comments regarding the proposed allowances from
Monday August 11, 2025 (8 a.m.) – Monday, September 8, 2025. (5 p.m.)

Written comments on the FY 2025 LIPH Utility Allowances Schedules must be address to:
