Mr. Samuel Frazier has been a resident of The Terrace since 2016. He currently serves as a resident volunteer. Some of his duties include the upkeep of the community garden and potted plants located throughout the exterior of the property. Mr. Frazier also assists with the distribution of food for fellow residents. Senior residents of The Terrace receive monthly boxes from a local church as well as the Montgomery Area Food Bank. Mr. Frazier ensures the boxes are delivered to the residents. He also assists community partners with serving weekly lunch meals. In the past, Mr. Frazier has been very involved with the Resident Council and assisted the previous Resident Commissioner with various events held at The Terrace. In January 2020, he decided he wanted to be a part of the Resident Council Board. He was nominated and elected into this position. Mr. Frazier actively serves in this role and does an outstanding job. He has a great relationship with the staff as well as his fellow residents. Mr. Frazier is very dependable and ensures the property manager is made aware of needs of the residents and that they are being addressed. He is always very personable and professional when communicating with others. Mr. Frazier has a clear understanding of MHA’s plans and assists as needed to ensure the agency’s values are being exhibited within his housing community.
